If a customer buys 3 services while physically at my gym and then at a later date buys 3 gym services online…When I look up the customer, is there a way I can see all 6 purchases (at the moment I can only see the 3 services purchased in person
Thank you for your post! Right now, the only way for this to be done: 1. Using the Square online store and 2. Customer is using the same card.
Another workaround you could do would be to look up the customer's last 4 digits of the card used to pull up the transactions. You be able to search multiple sets at the same time. This is good feedback for our directory feature and I can pass this along to our Product Team.
