Hi everyone. I'm still new to Square but so far it has been awesome! My question is how is it possible to send an e-mail receipt to a customer days after the sale?
Hello @pastirik! Great to have you here. Did you switch to Square recently or are you setting up a new business?
To answer your question yes you can send an email receipt after sale from the app or from the Transactons section your online Square Dashboard (sign in at squareup.com/dashboard).
Here are the steps from the Point of Sale app:
- Tap the three lines in the upper left > tap Transactions.
- Scroll to find the specific transaction and tap on it to see the details.
- Tap New Receipt > enter your customer's email address > Send.
