If you mean track business expenses (other than discounts and fees paid to use Square,) then no. Square is great for tracking income but for general bookeeping, check out Quickbooks Online ... it offers Square integration so your income is downloaded and tracked in Quickbooks, along with your bank accounts and credit cards -- whatever you set up in Quickbooks as being related to your business.
