Hello @Italiahome!

Yes you can use the Virtual Terminal to accept a payment a computer in your store! This Support Center article has step-by-step instructions to take a payment with Virtual Terminal.

You do need to sign in to your online Square Dashboard (squareup.com/login) in order to access the Virtual Terminal feature. Your 'dashboard' is a way to access your Square account from a computer browser. Form your Dashboard you can manage your account details, view reports and transcations, send invoices - and last but not least, use the Virtual Terminal.

Keep in mind the per payment fee for Virtual Terminal 2.5% per payment. If you use the Point of Sale app on a phone or tablet and take payments with the chip card reader the fee is lower - 1.75% per payment.

Hope this helps you get started!
