I have a US bank account that I will link to my square account, I am planning to set up a small business overseas. My question is, using a VPN and putting a US IP address, can I swipe/charge my customer with their non-US credit/debit cards? Thanks

Thank you for the reply @nika . Just to give a an idea of my question for example, my square is linked to my Bank of America account. And now that I'm based in Europe, can I swipe/dip my clients European issued card in person with no problem at all?
