I ordered a square reader, was charged for it but it is not showing in myorders

Hey so I filled out my info for the Square Reader and it was charged to my card but it keeps saying my card cannot be authorized and wont show any confirmation or the device in my orders, how do I go about getting this fixed?

 

This is my first experience ever with Square so hopefully this can be resolved because my first impression so far isn't the greatest..
