'Oh no, something went wrong' when trying to access Online section of Dashboard?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Oh no, something went wrong.]

 

Hi, I have a problem with the dashboard. I have been added as a team member on my client online website. However, I cannot open the "Online" Session to edit the website. The page said, "Oh no, something went wrong." Thank you.

Did the owner of the account provide you with Square Online access? 

 

For instructions on how to, please have them take a look at this post. Also - please ensure that you're using the browser Google Chrome when trying to access the page.
