I am tired of wasting time trying to follow Square directions to view details of a transaction. I have wasted 2 precious days! I received an email that there would be a significant withdrawal from my bank.
I was unable to match ANY transactions or purchases to the amount. There was no identification or listing of the charges.
The only recourse in the short time allotted was to stop payment (at a cost).
I followed the directions but they led nowhere.
How do I make the transaction details work?

@JBIrene - we don't have visibility into the debit you're referring to from the Community. Since you're unable to recognize the debit, first I would check if it's a phishing attempt.
These type of issues are best investigated by our CS Team. Reach out to them during normal biz hours when you get a chance.
