Transations done on my cell phone are not visible on my lap top

I had several payments using my cell phone, but when I log in on my lap top, I don't see any. How can I link them together?

Hey @MiraTodo welcome to the Seller Community! There are two reasons this could be happening:

 

1: You have more than one account. The payments will not show between accounts, so if you are logged into a different account on your phone, then you will need to also log into the same account on your Dashboard. 

 

2: You may have taken your payments in offline mode, in which case you will need to connect to a wifi source ASAP to get them to upload to our system. Do you see a little clock next to your payments on your phone? 

 

Also, if youโ€™ve recently accepted payments while offline and have not yet uploaded them, do not delete and reinstall the Square Point of Sale app. Doing so will delete any offline payments that have not yet been uploaded.
