When I add items to the dashboard on the PC then look on my app there not there, why not?

When I add items to the dashboard on the PC then look on my app there not there .

 

Why please help

There are a few reasons this could happen. After adding items in your Online Dashboard, have you logged out and back into the App?  We do need to refresh the information in the App and logging out and back in will help this to sync.

Additionally, you'll want to make sure you are logged into the same location that you are updating. When adding an item, select all the locations you'd like the item to be available. When you re-log into the App, you'll select the location you wish to view, and the items that you have enabled for that location.
