Why are item images in preview blurry?

Hi, new to this platform and am having trouble with the images. When I upload an item image, it looks fine, but when I preview it it looks blurry, and then when I click back to edit it is blurry. I have not published my shop yet, so I can't check to see if they will actually look that way when published. Anyone?

Hmmm, the preview usually indicates what the images will look like on your live site. What browser are you using?

Just for more information, you can upload these types of images:

.png

.gif

For best results, use images that are 72 PPI and at least 1,000 pixels in width or height. Save images files using the sRGB color profile to ensure color consistency. Large image files can affect page loading speed, so avoid uploading images that are larger than 1MB in size.
