Account verified, email advises funds deposited, no money in account after more than 2 business days
Hi there,
My bank account was verified on the 16th Oct. I received an email from Square on the 21st Oct to advise my bank account has been credited with the payment. Just over 2 business days later now and nothing in the bank account. Is this something I need to call my bank about?

While we're not able to look into private account info via our community forum, based on what you've told me it sounds like your first deposit should be almost with you by now!
If not, the best place to check is with our support team on 1800 760 137. They'll be able to look into your specific account and see what's happening here. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
