Advice on how to setup my 'square' for one-of, unique wood products (different prices, items etc)
I make and sell unique platters, grazing tables and natural wood items. Square is great so far but I am struggling on how to setup my item list.
Currently I have: platters / wood type (eg. pine) / size
and I just manually enter the price on the tag with each board.
How have others setup for unique items, apart from listing every single item.
Any help, advice or magic bullets would be greatly appreciated.
Craig.

Hey @the-woodman,
Thanks for getting in touch!
For unique items, generally you would create a single, once off item - unless it falls into a category that you could or should apply variations or modifier to. With that said, there's no right or wrong way to set up items, and your goal would be to make the system work in the best way possible for your business purposes.
While we're not able to look into how you've got things setup via our community forum, I encourage you to get in touch with our support team for further advice! You can call on 1800 760 137 and lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time 👍
