Balance not updated after paid invoice

Hi


I have just created an account and sent an invoice to a buyer who has paid. The invoice shows paid however my balance hasn’t updated. When should this update as I thought it was instantly. As it’s a Sunday will it be updated on Monday?

Usually, the balance should be updated right away. As this is an account-specific issue, the best course of action would be to contact our Support team directly as they'd be able to check this further.
