Do the photos that you assign in the item library for each product not show up on the app when using the Retail POS? It would be helpful to be able to see the photos of the item that you are adding to the customer's cart to confirm that you are adding the correct item. I realize that searching by SKU is the next best option, but it is not always a fail safe option. Do you need to connect to an online store, even if you are only selling in a brick and mortar and not selling online?
Previous POS systems I have used have this capability but am disheartened if this is not possible using Square.
