Clicking Support led me to this link. Can a staff cancel my website plan and refund me? I signed up for a website from Weebly to sell digital goods later to find out automatic digital goods delivery isn't a feature. I'm disappointed and it was misleading. I'm having a hard time finding how to get a refund.

I received my refund to my card, but I never receive the other refund to my Paypal balance of $9.03. I made separate payments to my plan, paid $147.75 with my card and $9.03 with my Paypal balance. But I didn't receive a refund of $9.03 back to my Paypal balance.
