Cannot Link a outgoing link to a Item description

I need to link a spreadsheet into an item description but the box is greyed out.

Can someone help?

Try going to Dashboard / Online / Items / Item Sync and untoggle Sync Item Descriptions. This should make the item description options available. Hope this helps.
