I've got my 300 items in and put into catagories. All good so far.
My issue now is that when a customer presses 'Shop Now' from the home page, they see a nice menu on the LH side (with 3 items) and 300 items (at 60 per page) in the middle.
What I would like is the 300 items replaced by the top level menu of 3 items. The click on one of those and it is the same as if they had clicked one of the 3 items in the menu.
Is this possible? I cannot see how to modify that page to do this.
Thanks
Alan

@alansh this is a long piece and may have taken a while to get to you but should fix the issue for you...
First,
go to edit header.
Second,
go to navigation settings and click navigation links.
Next,
Click on the shop navigation.
Then,
edit navigation link.
After that, you should see this page...
Finally,
Change your settings to be like this and select the badges page...
After this has all been completed the navigation should be updated and you should be good to go!

Hi @alansh, thanks for your post! I think this may require some redirection. To clarify, you'd like customers to see the 3 items/categories when they click Shop All rather than all the items, and when they click into one of these 3, they will then see all the items, is that correct?

Almost.
If you go here https://gmnscoutshop.square.site and the click on 'Shop now', on the LH side, you see 'Badges'. Click on that - that is the screen I would like to see when they click 'Shop Now'.
Cheers

Thanks Matt, but that doesn't seem to be what I want.
I want the 'Shop Now' button, but I want it to take me to the Badges page - with the menu saying badges, clothing and misc on the LH side.
Sorry, if I am unclear on this. I'd just like to change what 'Show Now' does.

@alansh Try this:
From the Dashboard select Online
Edit site
Click down arrow on Page (top left)
On the Badges page, click the three dots and select Page settings
Toggle on Redirect this page.........
Add Shop to the url (greyed out)
Publish

Tony,
I don't want to redirect the badges page to Shop - I want to redirect the Shop Now button to Badges.
I think part of the issue is that the Shop Now link is different from all the rest.

Just change it in the navigation settings but keep the title as shop now in navigations with the end location as badges page

I tried what Tony said, enabled 'redirect other pages to this page and entered:
"/s/shop" into the entry box that appeared (the first part 'gmnscoutshop.square.site' was greyed out and couldn't be overriden). Published and it made no difference at all.

Matt, I don't have a 'Navigation' section on the left. I want to change the button under GMN Scout Shop that says "Shop Now".

OK - I can see it now,
But I want to link it to this page
https://gmnscoutshop.square.site/shop/badges/23
and that page doesn't appear in any pull down when I edit the 'shop all' menu item.
