Connect Square Online to Instagram > No DNS entries found

Hello I was wondering if someone could tell me how to do this last step to Connect Square Online to Instagram. 

When I go to 'Verify your website domain' it says... 

No DNS entries found. We did not find any DNS TXT entries for the given domain.

How do I enter the DNS record for my website https://little-tree-studio.square.site

Hey @LittleTreeStudi,

From what I understand you'd need a custom domain to use DNS records to connect Square Online to Instagram / Facebook - though you may want to also check with support on this one by filing a ticket.

Hi have recently upgraded by Square plan and still I can Verify for Instagram Shopping.

It seems the URL you need to verify is different to the actual live site. The live url is https://little-tree-studio.square.site/yet the one that needs to be verified is the weebly one of https://little-tree-studio.weebly.com/. Secondly there is no DNS settings we can modify from within the console to make it happen. Please help. I've been trying to sort this out for months now and the Support team does not get back to me.

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this! I merged your new thread with the exisiting one so we can keep all info about the issue in the one place.

I took a quick look and it appears Weebly support have requested further information from you in the email chain you have with them just this morning - this is going to be your best path forward still!

I'm really sorry I can't be of more help here in our Community forum - unfortunately I don't have any experience connecting Instagram to Square online. If you've upgraded the plan, did you end up buying a custom domain? This was my initial suggestion, which appears to have worked for other sellers in the past!
