Customers cant schedule pick up/delivery on a day that I’m open

My square site wont allow customer to schedule pick up or delivery for next Saturday. This is a day i am open, i only have a 5 minute prep time and take 30 orders every 15 minutes. 12 orders into selling on square it stopped allowing my customers to schedule for Saturday and is forcing them to pick up or deliver on Sunday. What am i doing wrong?
