Does anyone know why my printer and scan gun would go offline and not communicate with the sq. Stand
It's been working fine for two days but the power went out and when we turned it back on the iPad is doing fine but the printer and scanner gun keep going disconnected l. it looks like all wires are connected.
@JeaneeneS I would replace the power strip / surge protector connected to the Square Stand and receipt printer. I had exactly the same problem because I was using an expensive surge protector. I have found the cheaper the power strip the better.
