Does the free version have a way to book at a location or over zoom.

The situation.  One practitioner. Michelle.

Michelle is available in person or online in January.  Online online in February.  In person at Room or online in March.  So we made Services.  Session in Mackay (allocate Room and Michelle).  session Online. (unable to allocate Michelle unless I select a location)

Is this possible?

How do I make this work?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with Appointments.

If you go to your Appointment Settings what do these preferences look like?

If you tick "At both my business and the customer's location" then save, does it then give the option to choose between your physical location and the customer's location?

The customer's location would be the option to choose for video calls appointments.

Thanks for the responce, it convinced me to try harder, even though choosing location or come to me is too confusing at booking time, it is a different service and cost.  I made it work how I wanted to but it sure took some tweaking!
