Hi @Luca83, really sorry to hear this! 

If you are looking to make your website inactive, you can unpublish. To do so:

1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > General Settings.

2. Select Unpublish.

If you wish to deactivate your Square account instead, you can do so by following this article.

Hi, I am also trying to unpublish my website but when I follow the above instructions I do to have an option to 'unpublished'?
