How does the new Square Online Store cost?

I am completely new to Square. I am working on designing a store. Is the store free to have? Why does it keep popping up Weebly? Do I have to pay for both Square and Weebly? Is the domain name free for first year? If so, how much is it after that? Do you link a bank account to get paid? How much is square monthly? What percent do they take of your sales?

Welcome @oceanriverblue! As you're new to Square you're seeing the new Online Store, powered by Weebly. 

There's no charge to create Square account and it's free to set up a basic Weebly account. If you need additional features like a custom domain you would need to subscribe to a plan. When you start accepting orders the card processing rate is 2.9% + 30¢ of the total transaction amount.

And last but not least here are the steps to link your bank account to your Square Dasboard.
