I sent my client a invoice she said she paid it with her credit card.

I sent my client a invoice. 
she said she paid it with her credit card I don’t see any transactions that have happend?

Thank you for reaching out and Welcome to the Seller Community.

 

Is the invoice marked as paid on your Dashboard? If you aren't seeing that, then the transaction didn't go through. The customer might not have completed the transaction. I would reach out to them again to make the payment.

 

Also, check to see if they are seeing the payment come out of their bank account. Let me know if the payment still isn't showing up.
