I have an exsisting cash draw, reciept printer and scanner, all usb attached to windows 10 PC, can this be used with square as my POS or do I need to use another ap/ program. Recomendations please Im a cafe if that helps.

It depends on whether or not your existing hardware is compatible with Square. You can check a list of Square compatible hardware by operating system (iOS or Android) by clicking here.
If you wanted to use a USB printer + scanner you'd need to connect these to Square via Square Stand, which comes with a USB hub and fits recent 9.7" iPads. Most printer-driven cash drawers should work fine as long as you're able to connect the drawer to a compatible receipt printer.
