Is there a 24/7 support for Square Restaurant Plus subscription?
Do we really get a 24/7 customer support for restaurant plus? I was given a number to call, but it was the 855-700-6000, that only has hours of 6am-6pm.
For those that does restaurant business, how do you deal with technical issues after hour?
Hi @LW-5. I, too, have 24/7 customer support, but for a different reason. If you recently switch to the Restaurants Plus plan, this might just be a timing issue. However, you should still have access to help 24/7. Note that when you call after hours you might need your customer code. This can be found on this page (and is location-unique if you have multi-location account). Otherwise, I’d recommend doing a test after-hours call after you have that customer code (right now would be good!). If it doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll tag a couple of Square admins here.

Thank you so much for the info! I did tried to call and someone pick up! My number was recognized as a 24/7 support customer without the code. Because the account was set up with my number. But the code is useful for any other number that calls in for support.
