Issue with first time transactions. Please help.

We bought a reader and I set up Square on my wife's smartphone on Saturday, September 16 in order to use for her business on Sunday the 17th. We went through the setup process, and entered her personal and bank account information as instructed. She had $200 in card swipes that day for her business, expecting to see the funds in her bank account by today, Tuesday Sept 19. To my wife's dismay, it looks like no transactions have been posted and the dashboard on the website says that there is no bank account info (or even transactions for that matter) for the funds to be deposited to. It seems that the info may not have been accepted or has erroneously not been processed. My wife is worried that all the money from the transactions on Sunday is now lost. Where is the $200 "floating" around at if there is no bank account info, and how can I quickly rectify this so that we may see that money?
