At the moment Square doesn't offer card processing facilities in Saudi Arabia - the countries we presently support for payments are USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and the UK.
You'd need to reside in one of those countries and have a local bank account to take payments with Square, and you'd only be able to take payments within the country you signed up in. Due to the fact that each country has its own laws and regulations surrounding who can sign up for card processing facilities and what conditions need to be met to do this, we're unable to offer cross-border card processing at the moment.
