Not allowing pin entry

Hi, I just had a customer who wanted to insert card into terminal, it asked for account type and then pin.

Then the terminal would not recognise any input on the num pad ?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you had trouble with the PIN pad!

 

Has this happened before at all on any other transactions asking for a PIN? Or was this the first time you tried to use a PIN?

 

One thing to try would be a hard reset - find instructions for this here. Let me know how it goes!
