POS to WEB TRANSFER PROBLEMS

Can anyone help please. I am trying to transfer items to webstore from POS and have started to set up categories and sub categories, that part is Ok. I then select items to each sub cat along with pictures etc and the system accepts this. However when checking online preview or published store the categories and sub cats with the pictures are all there but no items.

Hi @RichardSnell, really sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! One thing to note is that categories are one of the details that do not sync between the Square Point of Sale app and the Square Online.

 

In terms of the Square Online side - it sounds like you've assigned items to the categories and published it. When you click into the categories link, does it bring you to an item page or just a blank page>
