Prompted to link bank account even though this is already done

Each time I log in to the Square app, I am prompted to finish setting up my Square account. The app tells me that the final step remaining is to link my bank account.

I have already done this. Multiple times. And yet it continues to prompt me.

I have had the email from Square telling me that my bank account has been verified, and yet it still continues to prompt me. Additionally, I have confirmed via the Square dashboard that my bank account has been successfully linked.

How do I stop the Square app from prompting me to link my bank account, when it has already been done?

PS, yes, I have already tried:
1) restarting my phone
2) logging out of the app and back in again
3) uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Hi @kdsutton, thanks for flagging this on the Community! 

 

Sorry for the delayed response and to hear you're running into this. The full bank verification takes four business days, it's possible that while it's in progress, the prompt still appears for some reason. 

 

Can you confirm the date you last added your bank details? I would suggest not attempting to do it again until four business days have passed. 

 

Once your account is fully verified, you'll receive an email notification from us and the prompt should drop off your app.
