Square Point of Sale: How do I access Virtual Terminal?

Hey @EML! You can manually enter a card payment to the Point of Sale app but it's not called 'Virtual Terminal' - it's called Checkout. This thread hasthe steps to switch to show the keypad from the Point of Sale app. 

Virtual Terminal is available from your Dashboard, and there are a couple of ways to access it.

Sign in at squareup.com/login > click the three lines in the top right > click the Virtual Terminal tile:

OR if you haven't added Virtual Terminal as a tile you'll see it from the list on the left-hand side, or on your Dashboard homepage:
