Subscription refund

Hi I've purchased a Weebly / Pro plan today, and immediately it was clear that it's really not right for me. How do I claim a refund of the yearly price plan, and also the domain name I purchased as part of the same process? I can't find a way of resolving this on your website - the chat is just automated, and doesn't include an option related to this.

Hi @lucymcb, really sorry to hear this! You should be able to cancel the subscription by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Square Online Overview page > select the site name in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to Account Settings > My Services.
  3. Next to the service you donโ€™t want automatically renewing, select Manage.
  4. Select Unsubscribe > Continue.
  5. Enter your reason for unsubscribing, then select Cancel subscription.
