Sync Issues with Online Items to Dashboard

I added a new item on the online side and the item will not show up on the dashboard side.  I need to adjust the inventory and it tells me to "Edit in Square."  When I click on that link, it tells me that the page I am looking for can not be found.  If I go to the Square dashboard and look under items, it's not there.  I have sync turned on in the online settings.  Can someone please help me out?
