I have square app and square invoice. I can't see my invoices in the square app once a customer accepts the estimate in my invoice app. Why arent these synchronized.

Hmm, that shouldn't be happening. Your estimates accepted in the Invoice app should reflect in the POS app.
Are you signed into the right account and location on your POS app? Are both app versions up to date? @Loadliftersllc

I have the same problem. Not realizing the two weren't synced I converted a estimate to a invoice and it numbered the invoice as 1, which I already have tons of invoices in the Square App.

@Kristy31 that sounds frustrating! Do you have multiple locations on one account? It sounds like you may be signed into two different locations, which would keep your invoices/payments from talking to each other.
