Tried signing up through ecwid

Tried to complete sign up through ecwid, don't need a reader, online sales only, couldn't finish without choosing one upon hitting continue it restarted the whole process I probably went through it a dozen times going round and round in circles, so now I have 2 readers on order but don't need either of them what can I do and why can't I link up with ecwid ready to give up already please help
