I do not use Square as my POS. It looks like I can set up for eGift Card sales, however I wonder how I can efficiently track Cards since the system only gives me the last 4-digits of the egift card #. Are the last 4-digits unique enough to track these cards?

Welcome to Seller Community, @SMuk.
Were you looking to get information on the usage of individual gift cards that were sold, or information on the sale of the gift cards themselves?

I want to be sure I'm not going to run into a problem with the last 4-digits of the ecard numbers overlapping. Here is what I know, the customer buys the gift card and sends it to someone. The recipient of the eCard comes to my place of business to redeem the card and I can look at the list of cards sold on Square, so I can tell it is valid. I just went back out to the dashboard and realized that the last 4-digits (PAN Suffix) is not the only information I'm given about the card sold, I'm also supplied an email address where the gift card was delivered. I was worried about not having enough info to identify the card, but it appears it will work without me being a Square POS customer. I'll just manually track when customers redeem their cards.

It's very rare that the last four numbers of a gift card overlap with another. If you're looking to view the full gift card number, call CS so they can turn that permission on for you on the back-end manually.
