Why do I still have fees when I have free processing?

Signed up online with $500 free processing. I have checked the deposit in my bank account  and dashboard an are still being charge it.

Note that this promotion means your first $500 worth of card transactions are fee-free - so if you've done more than $500 worth of sales then the free processing may have been used up already.
