Why doesn't my customer's card statement show the name of my company?

Why don't my customer's credit card statement show the name of my company as the transaction. It only says service transaction and it don't have my phone number
Did you update your Business Name under Account & Settings? Your business name will be displayed on receipts and your customers credit card statements.
