Woocommerce Square Discount Codes

We have launched our new website using Square and Woocommerce. I can't figure out how to set up a coupon code on Square that Woocommerce accepts? I may be missing something here but how does everyone else do this?

As far as I'm aware, coupons created in the Square Online Dashboard would only apply to a Square Online site. It might be worth reaching out to WooCommerce directly, as the integration is managed by WooCommerce, to see what they suggest for discounts on your site! 

You can file a ticket with them here https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Hopefully some other sellers using WooCommerce can also share how they've set up coupons or discounts.
