it did not order my free square reader when I set up my account
My free reader did not seem to be order when I set up my account.

Per this article, it may take up to 10 business days for your reader to arrive, so if it's been longer than that, you'll need to contact Square's support team. Here's how:
You'll need your customer code to call. Follow the instructions below on how to get it.
Click “More”
Click "I don't see my issue"
Click "Call Support"
Write down your Customer Code
Call 1 855 700 6000

First, try ordering it this way: http://squ.re/readerrequest > "Send me a reader" > Select Connectivity > complete checkout process. If that doesn't work, ditto to @GlassJudy 's post on the steps to call in so our Support Team can sort this out for you!
