Who adds the amount and how I get paid

Hi there all,

I simply want to know being a new one a couple of questions

1. If i create a card of $20, who will actually add amount to it and from which source.

2. Secondly, if I create the card and it sells, how to and why do I get paid.

3. Can i create a universal e card which works like virtual credit card.

4, Can I add funds to my card from my bank and sell
