Appointments with Multiple Users

We are a salon with multiple employees. We use Square for a central appointment book, but each employee receives their own payments. Is there an option to select which account each transaction is processed through without logging out of the salon account and switching to individual users each time?

Hey @Blush8675309 - The only way to do what you're describing is to have everyone on the same central Square account so that each employee can check out the appointments on their calendar within the actual Appointments app. The caveat here is that all of funds will all go to the same bank account, but each transaction will be tied to the employee who provided the service so that the funds can be divided properly.

 

If that is not an option for you, another solution is to have every employee use their own device to checkout and they can stay signed in.
