Customer Name missing on order ticket

Now that the Square POS is asking customers to choose between debit and credit, the name is being lost from the order tickets. 

 

The system used to grab the name from the customer's card. Now all we get is "Order" on the ticket.

 

This is making things extremely difficult for us getting orders quickly to the right customer.

If you'd like to save a customer's name to their ticket, without the use of Customer Management, you can utilize the Open Ticket feature. This will allow you to add a name or other info to a ticket which will be saved and can even be paid for at a later time in the transaction process if needed.
