I ran my moms card and it took her money but wont deposit into my bank

I ran my moms card, for the repair services and parts to her car, and it went through on her card but wont deposite into my bank account. I got a email from Square saying something about I can't run my own card or gift card, which i did neither. Please Help!

While it may be an actual sale, most if not all Credit card processors don't allow processing Family members credit card or your own as a sale due to it being basically a cash advance.  See paragraph 22 of the terms of service, other sections could also apply to the situation.
