POS Dashboard invite - "invitation not found"

I created a new team member and the invitation was sent for them to join my company's dashboard.  When the user clicks on the 'create my account' button in the email the following message is received: 

Invitation not found.

The specified invitation could not be found. Please ask your employer to re-send another invitation, and try again.

 

Every other employee had no trouble creating their account.  Why would this one user have a problem and receive the above message?

Whenever they are opening the invitation are they using Google Chrome? 

 

You can resend them the invitation, so they can try again. Also do you have permissions set up for them already?

I did send a new invitation however the same message was received.

He was attempting to open it via Google Chrome. 

I tried it myself also on my computer and phone (IPhone) and received the same message as him.

Permissions are set up.  Same as the rest of the team that had no problem.

He is on a Samsung phone...not sure if that makes any difference.

If I can resend an invitation please tell me where on the interface I can do that? 

I tried having him say he had forgot his password but still no luck.

Sounds like you've done everything right. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team directly, so they can dig deeper on the issue you and the employee see.
