We certainly are not the only user with this problem. The USA is not the beginning and end of commerce. We have overseas clients who like to book ahead.

Hi @YosemiteBug and welcome to the Community!
You may be experiencing this issue because you can't take payments/appointments outside of the country you live in and activated your account in.
The overseas clients most likely experience this when they're trying to book because of this.
