Why wont my bar code scanner work on my P.C when in invoicing . It wont find the item.
Why wont my bar code scanner work on my P.C when in invoicing . It wont find the item. It will Find It Through My Item Library When I Scan The Bar Codes In Items . But When im making a invoice it wont bring the item up

What kind of barcode scanner are you using? There is a possibility that it isn't compatible using with your desktop.

I am having the same issue. I have entered an item in the items library with sku. If I scan the barcode under items it pulls the item right up but when I go to use the scanner when invoicing it does not find the item.
Could it be the scanner even though it works under items tab?

Hey, @STJ25- It seems like Square Invoices cannot add items via a barcode scanner. Take a look here at more details. If this feature ever gets updated, we will make sure to notify you here on our Seller Community.
