Hello Franchisors!
You can now get a birds-eye view of your entire business’ performance. Sales trends reporting can be used to get an idea of how your business is doing by helping you identify strengths and weaknesses within your organization. It can also help you get comparative insights between each of your locations to understand how your franchisees are performing.
You can choose to view your net sales, gross sales, average total sale, and average number of orders metrics from the top of the page.
To get started, after logging in to your Square for Franchises dashboard:
navigate to Reports > Sales trends.
The Sales Trends graph can be shown as a bar graph or line graph and is useful for comparing metrics against two time periods.
- The graph can display or include any individual metric or combination of metrics of your gross sales, net sales, number of orders, or average total sale.
- It can be filtered by locations, device time zone, date.
- Hover over any of the data points of the graph to get specific comparison data for that time period.
- You can also export the data as a CSV using the Export button.
